Scheduling a Consultation
For most services beyond simple phone advice, we'll schedule an on-site consultation. During this visit, one of our irrigation specialists will:

- Assess your landscape and soil conditions
- Discuss your goals, preferences, and budget
- Provide a detailed estimate for recommended services
Service Execution
Once you approve the estimate, we'll schedule your service. Our team will:
- Arrive on time with fully stocked service vehicles
- Protect your property with drop cloths and careful work practices
- Perform the agreed-upon services with precision and expertise
- Clean up thoroughly after completing the work
- Provide a walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction
Follow-Up
After we complete your service, we'll:
- Follow up to ensure everything is working correctly

- Schedule any recommended future maintenance
Frequently Asked Questions
Our scheduling depends on the season and the type of service needed. During peak season (spring and early summer), we typically schedule 1-2 weeks out for non-emergency services. During off-peak times, we can often schedule within a few days. Emergency services are prioritized and typically addressed within 24 hours.
We offer free phone consultations for basic advice. For on-site consultations and estimates, we charge a $75 fee that is applied toward any services you book with us. This fee helps cover our time and expertise in assessing your irrigation needs and developing a customized solution.
To help us serve you best, please have the following information ready:
- Your property address
- The type of irrigation system (if known)
- The brand of controller (if known)
- A description of the problem or desired service
- Any relevant photos or videos of the issue
- Your availability for service
For most irrigation services, you do not need to be home as long as we have access to your property and irrigation system. However, we recommend being available for the initial consultation to discuss your needs. For interior controller work, we may need access to your garage or basement. We're happy to work with your schedule and can often accommodate specific access instructions.
We accept various payment methods for your convenience: cash, check, all major credit cards, and electronic bank transfers. For larger projects, we offer financing options through third-party providers. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Our main office is located in the heart of New York City. While most of our work happens at client properties, you're welcome to visit our office by appointment for consultations, to view product samples, or to make payments.
