Our scheduling depends on the season and the type of service needed. During peak season (spring and early summer), we typically schedule 1-2 weeks out for non-emergency services. During off-peak times, we can often schedule within a few days. Emergency services are prioritized and typically addressed within 24 hours.

Do you charge for estimates and consultations? +

We offer free phone consultations for basic advice. For on-site consultations and estimates, we charge a $75 fee that is applied toward any services you book with us. This fee helps cover our time and expertise in assessing your irrigation needs and developing a customized solution.

What information should I have ready when I contact you? +

To help us serve you best, please have the following information ready:

  • The type of irrigation system (if known)
  • The brand of controller (if known)
  • A description of the problem or desired service

Do I need to be home during service? +

For most irrigation services, you do not need to be home as long as we have access to your property and irrigation system. However, we recommend being available for the initial consultation to discuss your needs. For interior controller work, we may need access to your garage or basement. What forms of payment do you accept? +

We accept various payment methods for your convenience: cash, check, all major credit cards, and electronic bank transfers. For larger projects, we offer financing options through third-party providers. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
